A full flight of Southwest airlines was canceled due to weather conditions. One agent booked alternative flights to a long line of disappointed passengers.

Suddenly, a rude traveler pushed everyone and made his way to the beginning of the line. He slammed his ticket on the counter and said, “I have to be on this flight and the ticket must be first class!”.

The agent replied, “I’m sorry sir, I’d be happy to try and help you, but I need to help these people first, and then I’m sure we can fix something”.

The passenger was not pleased.

He talked loudly so the passengers behind him could hear, “Do you have any idea who I am?”.

Without hesitation, the agent smiled and grabbed the loudspeaker microphone so everyone can hear.

“Ladies and gentlemen, can I have your attention?”, She began (her voice was heard all over the terminal). “We have a passenger at Gate 14 who doesn’t know who he is, and if anyone can help him with his identity, please arrive at Gate 14”.

As the passengers behind him laughed hysterically, the man looked at Southwest’s agent, gritted his teeth, and said, “Go F**! yourself!”.

Without blinking, she smiled and said, “I’m sorry sir, even for that you’ll have to wait in line for”.
